Cancellations or Changes

We kindly ask for a 7 day notice prior to your renewal date for any cancellations or changes. Please note: new memberships cancelled within the first 30 days are subject to a $10 service fee.

Transferring Your Pass to a New Vehicle

Please stop by our office or pay stations with your new vehicle so we can apply a new tag and update your membership. Membership transfers that require a new tag are subject to a $10 service fee.

Updating Your Payment Method

Please stop by our office or one of our pay stations with your physical credit or debit card. Please note: Apple Pay and Tap to Pay cannot be used for monthly plan renewals or updates.
